Which is easier to score – Personal Recount or Exposition writing?

    In recent years, the O level (1128) English exam papers seem to have topics on the above text types which make it harder for a student to decide which one to do. Any views on this? Has Personal Recount Writing become harder to do compared to Exposition Writing?
