How long have you been in business?
I’ve been teaching drawing classes online for over 6 months now, prior to that I taught in person. I’ve taught a whole range of different kinds of art class. as well as having loads of experience making art for myself and my own studies.
Why do children enjoy your courses/workshops?
Children are hugely creative and making art is a great way to express yourself, and practice using other ways of thinking, the right side of your brain. I give a good balance of structured exercises so you feel that you are progressing and focused, but also have room for creativity and individuality.
Why do you enjoy teaching?
I love art myself and get so passionate about it – I hope I can spread some of my enjoyment and enthusiasm onto others! I love seeing people improve and enjoy their time learning a new skill – and realising that they can learn to draw with practice, it is not a skill anyone is born with.
What’s one fun fact about you?
I live in London, I have only ever visited Singapore through the airport!
