Saint Vincent and the Grenadines CXC CAPE Law

The Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE) Law program is offered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines as part of the CXC program. The program is designed to prepare students for further study and training for entry into the legal profession. Students typically take a minimum of three or a maximum of four CAPE subjects. To pursue four subjects, students must have attained at least five CSEC (CXC) subjects. The CAPE Law syllabus is available from the Caribbean Examinations Council.

CAPE Law Syllabus

The CAPE Law syllabus consists of two units, each with three modules. Unit 1, Public Law, covers Caribbean Legal Systems and Principles of Public Law. Study guides are available to help students prepare for the CAPE Law examinations. A marathon session covering Law Unit 1 and general tips is available on YouTube.
