This elective subject, Sports for Health, complements the core physical education curriculum in Slovenian primary schools. - General Fitness Training: Exercises for strength, speed, coordination, flexibility, and endurance, often using individual programs.
- Athletics: Improving running, jumping, and throwing techniques, including fartlek training and long-distance running.
- Dance: Social dances, aerobics, and elements of yoga and relaxation techniques.
