  • Daily Meals: Students learn about the importance of regular meals for health and well-being. They learn how to plan and prepare balanced meals, considering nutritional and energy values. They also learn about table setting, serving, and dining etiquette.
  • Macronutrients and Sugar: Students learn about fats, carbohydrates, and sugars, including their energy values and recommended intake levels. They learn to identify healthy and unhealthy food choices and make healthier substitutions.
  • Water and Protective Nutrients: Students learn about the importance of water intake and the role of protective nutrients like vitamins and minerals in maintaining health.
  • Menu Planning: Students learn to plan menus based on the principles of the nutrition diary, considering nutritional needs, budget, and different occasions.
  • Healthy, Safe, and Protective Nutrition Planning: Students learn about the importance of healthy eating habits and food safety. They explore different dietary needs and learn about food labeling and its significance.

2. Basic Hygiene:

  • Personal Hygiene: Students learn about personal hygiene practices, including body care, handwashing, and oral hygiene. They also learn about the proper use of hygiene products.
  • Care and Grooming: Students learn about skincare, haircare, and other grooming practices. They also learn about different cosmetic products and their appropriate use.
  • Infant and Child Care: Students learn about the proper care of infants and young children, including hygiene practices, diaper changing, and basic first aid.
  • Common Illnesses, Infections, and Parasites: Students learn about common illnesses, infections, and parasites, including prevention measures and appropriate responses.

3. Textiles, Clothing, and Footwear:

  • Hand Sewing: Students learn basic hand sewing techniques, including different stitches and the use of sewing tools. They practice designing and creating simple textile items.
  • Footwear: Students learn about different types of footwear, materials, and their properties. They also learn about proper footwear care and maintenance.
  • Textile Maintenance: Students learn about different methods of textile care, including washing, drying, and ironing. They also learn about stain removal techniques and the safe use of cleaning products.
  • My Clothes: Students learn about clothing choices, fashion trends, and the impact of fast fashion on the environment. They learn about sustainable fashion choices and textile recycling.
  • Sewing Machine: Students learn about the sewing machine and its parts. They practice basic sewing machine operations and safety procedures.
  • Hand Sewing with Patterns: Students learn to sew more complex items using patterns. They develop their skills in cutting, sewing, and finishing textile products.
  • Machine Sewing with Patterns: Students learn to use the sewing machine to create items with patterns. They develop their skills in pattern making, cutting, and sewing.
  • My Product: Students design and create their own textile products, choosing their own materials and techniques.

4. Living and Environment:

  • My School: Students learn about maintaining cleanliness and order in school spaces. They develop a sense of belonging and responsibility for their school environment.
  • My Home: Students learn about different living spaces and conditions. They understand the importance of maintaining order and cleanliness in their personal space.
  • Home and Environment: Students learn about different living environments and the roles and responsibilities of household members. They develop an understanding of good neighborly relations.
  • Our Apartment: Students learn about different aspects of home maintenance, including heating, cooling, lighting, and ventilation. They also learn about environmentally friendly cleaning products and energy conservation.
  • Floriculture: Students learn about growing and caring for flowers, including soil preparation, planting, and pest control. They also learn about environmentally friendly gardening practices.
  • Gardening: Students learn about growing vegetables, including planning, planting, and pest and disease control. They also learn about environmentally friendly gardening practices.
  • Waste: Students learn about different types of waste, their impact on health, and proper waste disposal and recycling practices.

5. Economic and Financial Area:

  • Money and Money Management: Students learn about money as a medium of exchange, different currencies, and various payment methods. They also learn about online banking and the potential pitfalls of online shopping.
  • Personal and Family Budget: Students learn about income, expenses, and savings. They practice budgeting and learn about different saving methods.
  • Rational Use of Resources: Students learn about the importance of conserving resources, including time, energy, materials, and money. They develop an understanding of sustainable consumption practices.
