South Africa Grade 5 Creative Arts Syllabus

This syllabus covers the learning areas of Dance, Drama, Music, and Visual Arts. Learners develop their voice, body, and mind to express themselves through various art forms.

Term 1

This term focuses on developing foundational skills in various art forms. Resources such as term 1 booklets and workbooks are available to aid learning. A lesson plan for Performing Arts is also available.

Term 2

Building upon the first term, learners explore different techniques in performing arts, including relaxation, voice warm-ups, and rhythm patterns. A Visual Art lesson plan is available for this term. Term 3

Term 4
