Sri Lanka GCE Ordinary Level Religion (Buddhism)
This course is a mandatory subject for students taking the GCE Ordinary Level examinations in Sri Lanka. It covers the fundamentals of Buddhism, including its history, philosophy, and practices. The examination consists of two parts: multiple choice questions (MCQ) and essay questions. Past papers and marking schemes are available online for students to prepare for the exam. Theravada Buddhism is the predominant form of Buddhism practiced in Sri Lanka. The GCE Ordinary Level examination is taken after grade 11. |
