Sudan Secondary 3 School Subjects - Arabic (compulsory)

The South Sudanese government introduced Arabic language instruction into the primary school curriculum, starting at Primary 5, in May 2024. Islamic Religious Education was also introduced as an optional subject.

While Arabic was previously used in schools, English became the primary language of instruction in secondary schools following South Sudan's independence.

A specific Secondary 3 Arabic curriculum for South Sudan could not be found. It is possible that the curriculum is still under development or has not been made publicly available.
