- Types of Land Ownership and Its History in Uganda: This topic examines the various types of land ownership in Uganda (mailo, freehold, customary, and crown land). Students learn about traditional land ownership practices, the historical development of land ownership systems, and the value of land in Uganda's development.
- Current Land Administration in Uganda: This topic focuses on the laws and policies governing land in Uganda. Students analyze the merits and demerits of different land ownership types and evaluate the roles of men and women in land ownership.
- Larger Tracts of Land Ownership: This topic explores the advantages and disadvantages of owning large tracts of land in Uganda. Students analyze the causes of land disputes and evaluate the need for a transparent land ownership system.
