Ukraine 10th Grade Geography (Profile Level)

The 10th-grade geography curriculum in Ukraine at the profile level builds upon previous geographical studies and aims to refine students' understanding of the world's geographical landscape. It emphasizes geography as a constructive science and fosters geographical thinking through historical, spatial, integrated, typological, problem-based, and constructive approaches. Key themes include humanization, socialization, ecologization, and economization, with a focus on engaging students in socially beneficial practical activities. The curriculum aligns with the theory of natural and social sciences, general geography, regionalization, and country studies, with a focus on Ukrainian studies. It was approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Order No. 1407 dated October 23, 2017.
