Informatics - Ukraine 7th Grade Curriculum
This curriculum is based on the model curriculum "Informatics. Grades 7-9" and builds upon the informatics content covered in prior grades. It is divided into three sections: Introductory Part, Main Part, and Final Part.
Introductory Part
This section outlines the goals and objectives of the 7th-grade informatics course. It also presents the distribution of topics across three content areas:
- Working in existing and creating your own digital environments
- Modeling and data structures
- Algorithms and programs
Each topic is briefly described.
Main Part
This section details the four main topics covered in the 7th grade:
1. Digital Tools for Learning: This topic focuses on using digital tools for educational purposes.
2. Word Processor. Basics of Layout: This topic covers the fundamentals of word processing and document formatting.
3. Modeling in Spreadsheets: This topic introduces students to spreadsheet software and its applications for modeling and data analysis.
4. Algorithms and Programs: This topic covers the basics of algorithms and programming concepts. For each topic, the learning outcomes, subject content, and types of learning activities are described.
Final Part
This section provides a calendar and thematic plan for the 7th-grade informatics course. It includes expected learning outcomes, suggested lesson content, links to electronic learning resources, and evaluation suggestions for each lesson. |
