Uzbekistan Grade 11 Curriculum (WIST) - Uzbek History

WIST (Westminster International School Tashkent) offers Uzbek History as part of its Secondary School curriculum, which follows an adapted version of the English National Curriculum. Uzbek History is a compulsory subject for students in Key Stage 3 (Years 7-9) and Key Stage 4 (Years 10-11, IGCSE). In Key Stage 5 (Years 12-13, A-Level), Uzbek students continue their Uzbek studies, including Uzbek History, alongside their chosen A-Level subjects.

Key Stage 3 (Years 7-9):

Uzbek History is a compulsory subject. Assessment methods include essays, presentations, research tasks, and problem-solving activities.

Key Stage 4 (Years 10-11, IGCSE):

Key Stage 5 (Years 12-13, A-Level):

Uzbek students continue studying Uzbek History as part of their Uzbek diploma requirements. They also choose 3 or 4 A-Level subjects to study for international university acceptance.
