Venezuela 9th Grade and Educación Media Diversificada (1st Year) Subjects - 9th Grade: Algebra

Ninth grade in Venezuela is the final year of the Common Basic Cycle (Ciclo Básico Común) which comprises middle school education (grades 7-9). Middle school students study various sciences and algebra. After completing 9th grade, students can choose between humanities or sciences for their two-year Educación Media Diversificada. This diversified secondary education level (Educación Media Diversificada) takes place between the ages of 14 and 16, after which students receive a high school diploma.
