Grade 12 Topics
- Vectors in Two Dimensions: Defining vectors, vector notation, vector operations (addition, subtraction, scalar multiplication), position vectors, unit vectors, scalar (dot) product, and vector equations of lines.
- Statistics: Measures of dispersion (range, quartiles, percentiles, interquartile range, mean, variance, standard deviation), cumulative frequency tables and curves.
Assessment
Assessment comprises school-based assessments (tests, assignments, projects) and a final examination conducted by the Examinations Council of Zambia. School-based assessments contribute to the final certification. Seven 40-minute periods per week are allocated for the subject. |
